Description

Twenty years of Linux systems engineering. I learned the trade at Orange in Paris, in high-traffic production environments, then rebuilt a company's infrastructure across two continents. High-traffic hosting has been the constant: platforms that fall over loudly when you get it wrong.

Since March 2025, systems engineer at SINET. Since 2014 I have also worked independently under the name Noriade — system administration, architecture and hosting — for Le Bonbon, Orange Applications for Business, Youscribe, Wynd, Pixelis and others.

I prefer self-hosted over managed, simple solutions over magic tricks, and a versioned config in Git over one that depends on a single person's memory.

Options

-p, --platforms
Server and virtual machine operations; procedures, documentation and automation that make production predictable.
-v, --virtualisation
Capacity planning, hardware refresh, and live migrations that finish before anyone notices.
-w, --web-data
High-traffic portals, cache strategy, load balancing, and work on availability and scaling.
-a, --automation
Inventory as the single source of truth; deployments that are reproducible rather than remembered.
-c, --cloud
Certified on Azure Fundamentals and Alibaba Cloud, 2020.
-o, --observability
Alerts that mean something, dashboards nobody has to explain.
-g, --governance
Architecture, change management, incident reviews, documentation and steering committees — the part of the job that turns decisions into workable practice.
